With a visit to popular pilgrim cities such as Rishikesh, Devprayag, Joshimath, and Haridwar, the Kuari pass trek, situated in Garhwal Himalaya is a 33 KM long journey. The trek is famous for letting you onlook India’s second-highest peak, Mount Nanda Devi.
The trek at an altitude of 12,516 ft. also offers you summit views of Dronagiri, Chitrakantha, Chaukhamba, and Tali top. The Interlude of meadows, beautiful forests blooming with rhododendron, and oak trees make your path all the more scenic. While on the trek, you can also admire the mesmerizing views of holy rivers such as Bhagirathi and Alakananda which makes the ascent even more exciting.

256 km drive, approx 10 hours
Trekkers will be picked from Haridwar at 6:30 am in a Tata Sumo or a similar vehicle (cost is included)
You can have Breakfast and Lunch on the way (exclusive of charges)
It will be a quite long journey from Haridwar to reach Joshimath, during the journey you will come across various mesmerizing views of the different cities that will cross your way.
Altitude: 2,900m/9,600ft
You will be heading from Joshimath to Dhak village which will be a 12km drive(2,050m/6750ft)
The trail is a mix of steep and gradual ascent and will go through mostly amidst villages.
Grab the scrumptious Hot lunch at the campsite
You will be spotting some of the beautiful peaks Dronagri, HathiParvat, and GoriParvat
You will start trekking from Dhak village to Gulling top campsite which will be a 5km trek.
You will be discovering the astounding views of the peaks, grasslands, and much more as the trek continues.
Enjoy the overnight stay in tents.
Altitude: 3,350m/11,000ft
5.5 km trek, approx 5 hrs
A trek will take you through the steep ascent through oak, rhododendron (mostly pink and white), and walnut forest.
You will be awestruck once you witness the surreal beauty of such dark forest and nature trails,
Enjoy the delicious lunch at the campsite
Overnight stay in a tent.
Altitude: 3,800m/12,500ft
Approx 7-8 km Trek, 5-6 hrs(3-4 km each way)
Grab the delicious breakfast before heading towards the trek.
The first half is a steep ascent and the second half is a gradual ascent.
You will witness the wide meadows with golden to bright green grass cover to cross in the summer that turns into rolling snowfields in the winter
Travel towards the Khullar top to broken bridge with frozen stream (12,200 ft)
From the broken bridge you will head towards the Kuari pass (Strenuous climb) (12,500 ft)
It is advisable to carry enough water as there is no water source on the way.
You will discover various astounding peaks that will warm up your soul for the adventure, such as- Kedarnath Peak, Kedardome, Chaukhambha, Balakun, Neel Kantha, Mukut Parvat, Kamet, Abhi Gamin, Mana I, Ghori Parvat, Hathi Parvat, Dronagiri, Kalanka, Chang Bang, Nanda Devi, Nanda Ghunti.

Enjoy the delicious morning breakfast at Camp.
Once done with the breakfast, start your trek towards the Dhak village, it will be 11km trek.
Drive from Dhak village to Joshimath and follow the same route.
There will be a packed lunch on the way
You will be arriving at Joshimath by late afternoon, it will be a 7hrs journey.
You can have your dinner and snacks at Joshimath, once you arrive there.
Clean drinking water for filling your bottles will be available at Tugasi and Dhak
You will be spending your night for a day at Guest House
The ride will commence at 6 am, reaching the destination at around 6 pm
Breakfast and Lunch will be on the way at a roadside inn, exclusive of charges
Note: On Day 7, you’ll reach Haridwar between 6 pm and 7 pm. You can book your travel any time after 8 pm.
